The new Maison Gillardeau outlet was inaugurated at the end of March 2019. In early spring, La Cabanajam was created to satisfy a greater number of Gillardeau oyster lovers.

For 2024, the Cabanajam is open daily from 10am to 7pm from April to the end of June and in September.

Open daily in July and August from 10am to 8pm.

Its tasting room can accommodate up to 120 people, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea.

In case of bad weather, our establishment will not be able to welcome you.

Always in search of innovation

Maison Gillardeau has created its own scooter. Called “Le Petit Gégé”, Véronique Gillardeau wanted to pay tribute to Gérard Gillardeau, grandson of the company’s founder.

For its creation, Maison Gillardeau has once again collaborated with Peugeot Design Lab, following the success of the Marcelle, designed by the studio in March 2017.

In keeping with the spirit of the latter, “Le Petit Gégé” embodies the perfect blend of modernity and tradition so dear to the House.

Its distinguished, innovative design is inspired by the world of oyster farming, with touches of wood and stainless steel.

Its tapered trunk, closed by leather hinges, is reminiscent of the hood of a vintage car.
