To offer local customers the excellence of Gillardeau oysters, Maison Gillardeau inaugurated La Boutique Gillardeau in June 2009. Located at the foot of the Viaduc d’Oléron, this boutique sells Gillardeau bourriches all year round.
On site, Bruno, passionate about the sea and oyster farming, welcomes you every day from 9am to 6pm. He’ll guide you through your tastings with a selection of local gastronomic products on the theme of the sea, carefully chosen for their exceptional expertise.
To offer its customers an extra service and save them time during busy periods, in November 2009 Boutique Gillardeau installed the first automatic stuffing machine in Charente-Maritime.
Installed in a hut at the entrance to the Boutique, this dispenser is available 24 hours a day, enabling Gillardeau enthusiasts to buy fresh bourriches at any time.
Certified by the health authorities, the dispenser maintains a refrigerated temperature of between 5 and 10°C, guaranteeing the freshness of the oysters, always of the day.
Every summer, we also offer Boutique customers the chance to enjoy a tasting session in a relaxing setting overlooking the Chapusais marshes, thanks to our summer oyster bar.
Located at the back of La Boutique on our covered terrace, our oyster bar offers seafood tapas, caviar and Gillardeau oysters, all accompanied by a selection of grands crus, for a moment of exceptional pleasure.
During the summer months, we are also present at the Saint-Denis d’Oléron market, offering Gillardeau oysters, as well as our selection of fine grocery products and grands crus.
