To offer its customers the excellence of Gillardeau oysters, La Maison Gillardeau inaugurated La Boutique Gillardeau in June 2009. at the foot of the Viaduc d’Oléron.

A space dedicated to gastronomy

On site, Bruno and Louis, passionate about gastronomy, welcome you every day from 9am to 7pm.

They’ll help you discover Gillardeau oysters, as well as their selection of exceptional products, chosen for their quality and the know-how of their producers, whether local or from other horizons.

Located next to the Boutique, this 24/7 dispenser allows Gillardeau oyster lovers to fill up on iodine at any time!

Easy, fast and always fresh, it maintains a constant refrigerated temperature between 5 and 10°C and guarantees the quality and freshness of oysters, always of the day.

Inaugurated in November 2009, it was the 1st distributor of bourriches in Charente-Maritime! A practical solution, especially during busy periods at La Boutique.

A real self-service gourmet cave, open day and night for oyster enthusiasts and the curious alike!

Tasting is no longer reserved for the summer months!
Now open all year round from 11am to 2.30pm, our terrace and indoor dining room welcome you for a gourmet moment overlooking the Chapus marshes.

Our menu evolves with the seasons, with a summer menu, a winter menu and daily suggestions based on new arrivals.
You’ll find our Gillardeau oysters , of course, but also a selection of home-cooked seafood (shrimps, whelks, periwinkles) and lobster prepared on request.
